Mission - UPX (Unified Product Experience ) mission aims at creating portal for reselling cloud subscription and configuring express route circuit or AWS direct gateway for australian based customers.

Roles and Responsibility

• As a squad lead mentored and collaborated with other developers to successfully developed Telstra private cloud feature on UPX portal.
• Collaborated and mentored junior developers on code quality and successfully managed to reduce number of security incidents which benefited entire team in getting faster approvals from Security team.
• Collaborated with various stakeholders from different missions like Cloud domain manager (CDM), Cloud connectivity (CDCI), PSNOW, and successfully integrated with UPX portal.
• Leading a team which was responsible to reduce the overall cost of platform by removing unnecessary network configuration and application service plans.
• Working on L1 support for UPX portal where I have interacted directly with customers and resolved queries and handled lot of issues with in the standard time of completion.
• Lead a team which was involved in migration of product UI from Vue 2 to Vue 3 as part of security requirement. As a team we have managed to complete the migration in quarter without impacting our LIVE customers. I got awarded as best performing individual for same in FY'23 Q2.
• Lead a team for completing migration from old Auth0 to Caiman.
• Worked as an individual contributor in re-writing components which were responsive and follow all accessibility principles.
• Mentored Junior developers in building technical competency.

Mission - 000 Migration

The “000 Legacy Call Retrieval” application was the IT component of the system which enabled ESAP operators to answer and dispatch 000 callers to the required ESO. The Systems responsibility was simply to answer the call and provide the Operator with the interface to determine the relevant Service required. The system stores all the call data related to this process and a reference to the call recording which is retrieved from E000RVR

Roles and Responsibility -

• New feature development using Node JS at the backend and React JS in Front end.
• Involved in designing and developing Microservices using RESTful API in NodeJS.
• Created Data migration script for migrating data from SQL to Elasticsearch using Logstash.
• Involved in designing and implementing container based microservice using docker.
• Followed TDD approach where unit test cases were written first in Mocha and Chai.
• Utilized Docker containers for deployment
• Extensive use of PM2 for deploying individual modules and scaling up the application in case of increase in traffic load.
• Responsible for fixing security related bugs

Mission - e-SIM

The eSIM Embedded SIM application is a SPA application build up on React JS and provides end user to purchase the SIM , SIM admin user can upload new SIM's and view reports on usage.

Roles and Responsibility -

• Involved in designing and developing Microservices using RESTful API in NodeJS.
• Involved in creating Class and Functional Component used for rendering UI component. Used Redux for State management.
• Followed TDD approach for development
• Working knowledge on AWS S3 and SQS.
• Extensively used Apache Kafka for development

Mission - Oracle Self-service eBilling

Oracle Self-service eBilling provides online billing portal for B2C and B2B customers across the world where we present the mobile bills to the end users. This helps the customer to gain valuable insights into their usage, spending trends, and exceptions.

Roles and Responsibility -

• Integration with the third party bank portal.
• While performing integration have used various modules of Spring including AOP and Spring-Hibernate API.
• Worked on notifications module which involved notifying customers about their bills through email using Java Mail API.
• Involved in code corrections and performance improvements using tools like SONAR.
