• Carrying out surveillance and Internal HSEF audits and warehouse HSEF audit of the project sites and evaluate the site HSE performance and advice to the management for the continual HSE improvement
• Coordinating with Concerned departments for procurement of Safety material
• Prepare/ review weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE reports for top management
• Conducting HSE committee meetings, training and development of HSE Advisors
• Develops site specific HSEF plan and implementation on site
• Arrange safety motivation program and prepared and maintain document and send to NHQ
• Arrange mock drill on Fire & other On-site emergency cases as implementation of Fire Plan Arrange safety meeting periodically to review & analyses the present safety performance & to discuss on remedial measures need to eliminate imminent danger
• Conducting training for to vendors and engineers HSEF awareness, Defensive Driving training and Fire Safety & Fire Fighting Equipment's
• Maintain all HSEF records safety audit/inspection, Assess and conduct incident investigations, risk assessment and job hazard analysis as per site requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspection and audit of site, warehouse, JC offices, plant facilities, equipment's and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliances with safety stands Conduct JST training on-site like working on heights, Safety Harness Inspection, Electrical safety, use of Power tools & Hand tools safety precautions
• Trains engineers and the contractor's workers in the use of distending kit.
