• Preparing Pre-order Procurement Strategies viz. ensure timely floating of RFQ/RFX & receipt of bids, closure of open commercial deviations, review of TBE, preparing CBE, Price Negotiation with various modes of negotiation & order placement activities for various Capital and MRO items.
• Ensure to comply with all Contractual obligation and statutory code of conduct before ordering viz. Signing Unilateral, Mutual, Tri-Lateral NDA with Licensor and Contractors.
• To co-ordinate with Quality department and monitor Stage wise Inspection Test Plan (ITP) that are to be obliged at the Supplier/Contractor end for manufacturing required goods & provide necessary services. As well as to appoint Third party Inspector (TPI) whenever required during the schedule of Inspection.
• To prepare various MIS reports required throughout the PR to PAY cycle.
• Ensure resolution of post PO techno commercial issues, change order issuance, attend to quality & rejections issues and ensure final PO closure.
• Ensure timely delivery of ordered equipment and materials as per Site requirements and priorities and timely Payment release to Suppliers as per contracted payment milestones.
• To participate in periodic Procurement Audit and provide necessary justification to various queries raised by Auditor during the Audit.
• To process Supplier ON -BOARDING with efficient Supplier evaluation process.
• To co-ordinate with Licensor, Engineering consultants, various internal departments like Logistics & Stores, Finance & Accounting and various SITE departments for various projects as mentioned above for various issues pertaining to execution of Contract.
