  • Led the automation of an injection molding production cell, handling picking, degating, flaming treatment, and part placement on the conveyor.
  • Developed offline programming (OLP) in KUKA KRL and provided 3D simulations using KUKASIM for layout validation, collision detection, and optimized robot movements.
  • Oversaw integration and commissioning , including robot-to-robot communication, PLC interfacing, and peripheral system coordination. Implemented advanced safety features (Safe Operation & Euromap 67) to ensure operator and machine safety.
  • Optimized robotic operations to improve cycle time, efficiency, and reliable automation performance.


Title: J4U Bonding Cell – Tailgate Assembly Automation (Nov 2024 - Aug 2025)

  • Developed offline programming (OLP) for multiple Fanuc robots to handle material handling, flaming, gluing, priming, and part placement for tailgate assembly.
  • Provided simulation support using Fanuc RoboGuide, validating robot paths, collision avoidance, and cycle time optimization using Motion Pro.
  • Performed robot teaching and commissioning for precise execution of all assembly tasks, including robot-to-robot and robot-to-PLC communication, and mastering of robot operations.
  • Learned and integrated Keyence vision system, DOPAG gluing machine, and IPROS flaming machine operations for improved process accuracy and automation reliability.

  • Developed a proof-of-concept for automated car body waxing using a Fanuc robot with 2D and 3D IR- Vision setup for precise path guidance.
  • Integrated an additional rail axis to extend robot reach across the entire car body for complete waxing coverage.
  • Conducted simulation and path validation using Fanuc RoboGuide to ensure accurate motion and collision-free operation. Implemented DCS and IIC safety features along with vision-guided operation to ensure safe and reliable automation.
  • Optimized robot movement and workflow for consistent waxing quality across the car body surface.


Title: Autonomous Food Delivery Robot (AMR) – Internship Project

  • Developed an autonomous food delivery robot during internship at Celestial Institute of Technologies using ROS for navigation and control.
