Accounts Payable:

• Managing carriers' payment process, ensuring adherence to payment terms, and resolving vendor-related discrepancies.
• Coordinating with onshore billing team and ensuring correction of invoices that are wrongly billed.
• Researching and resolving urgent payment problems.
• Handling reconciliation of huge volumes of discrepancies sent by vendors, providing satisfactory and accurate resolution.
• Handling weekly and monthly reporting sent to vendors.

Refund and Claims:

• Reviewing and validating refund request received from client executive for return premium, overpayment, and duplicate payment owed to client.
• Processing and approving AR entries and AP entries to disburse payment to client via various modes of payment: wire. Check, EFT, credit card.
• Handling stale-dated and return check-related queries.
• Responsible for completion of a high volume of refund requests within the given timeline.

Accounts Receivable (PCS - Private Client Services):

• Enter the collection/Funds received from clients through various sources and apply them against the associated invoice.
• Generate and review age analysis regularly for outstanding balances to ensure compliance and always meet 100% SLA.
• Reconcile - Balance accounting systems funds against bank deposits.
• Responsible for month-end closing activity, including report generation.
• Taking responsibilities of helping the team in the absence of colleagues.

• Oversaw documentation and reporting of volumes, payouts and other transactions.
• Reconciled account information and reported figures in general ledger by comparing to bank account statement each month.
• Reduced outstanding loan balances through diligent follow-up and negotiation efforts.
