Embarking on a project given by my college, my team and I chose JP Morgan & Chase and led a team of 10 members, where we got to study the management dynamics during the pandemic, I sought to understand how the organization adapted to the new normal. By analyzing remote work policies, communication channels, and decision-making processes, I aimed to uncover strategies for maintaining resilience. Additionally, I had the opportunity to interview 3 high ranking employees from JP Morgan & Chase in Scotland, USA and India. Focusing on remote work challenges and well-being. This project reflects my dedication to exploring organizational adaptation in times of uncertainty, offering insights to inform future decision-making.
