• 2025: Onboarding of Top 15 Customers identified by organization to Customer feedback Loop which focuses on Providing Customer Insights of the Submissions eventually increasing customer satisfaction score along with maintaining the set target line throughout the year. I was leading this and facilitating meetings/review decks and close action items pertaining to this activity along with managing Customer Success managers issues on timely manner. Created and Deployed Audit score card in the team for Quality improvement. Successfully closed a Customer Escalation by Skoda for incorrect speed limits coded in database by focusing on fixing the problem and later involved with quality team in Root cause and 8D to mitigate the issue. Implementation of tools in Gen AI like Copilot in the team to improve efficiency. Identifying an opportunity to improve automation and generate savings ~8k - 16000 Euros. by suggesting to implement Gen AI.
• 2024: Feedback provided on ~41 Observations and 2 suggestions provided to UI team which would help Customer provide inputs while using the Tool. We receive more than ~1.25k inputs Yearly and this suggestions will help increase their acceptance rate and improve customer relations as these were previously getting rejected. Worked on a Initiative which was for one of our Important Product Here WeGo on encouraging ~1200 Employees to register into this product and provide them guidance on how to give feedbacks on improving the Map/Product capabilities.
• 2023: Creating a Platform for the Team comprising of ~70 Members in the form of THINKNEST which created opportunity for ~200 members to contribute and explore their innovation mindset. Gathered Critical Information of ~450 Resources which was never done before which had their entire journey captured along with experience in various skillsets/tool which can help leadership to take important decisions in resource allocation. Creating Documentation in confluence for MVP (Minimal Viable Product) led by senior management on Generative AI (Chat GPT). Managing and governing project KPI like Budget/Scope/Quality.
• 2022: ~1k hours of savings through Green Belt Rapid Workshop to Improve Metric of project and documenting key information. Identified Root cause of Impact on SLA and achieved improvement of 6% from target 80% to 86% by implementing project management principles. Improvement of Customer ticket TAT by 48% from 3.5 days to 1.8 days by identifying the issues and implementing skills like Stakeholder management, effective communication etc. Increase in Productivity from 31% to 42% of 50+ Members by using tools like Gnatt chart/Fishbone/Risk Matrix effectively managing and implementing tailored solutions for each individual.
• 2021: Problem Solving - With the help of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), automated repetitive task and implemented solution across the workstream which led to ~1k Savings. Completed and achieved Lean Six Sigma Certification (White Belt). Award of Operational Excellence in FQ3-21 for clearing Backlog of Top customers which helped maintain customer score health card.
