Problem Statement - Lack of required framework for cloud cost management - resulting into cloud sprawl. 

Project Objective - Adopt Cloud economics best practices to address the current challenge at SKY Tech.

Project Success Criteria - Support SKY tech. IT team - achieve annual target to reduce 10% of IT cloud budget. 

Methodology - Stakeholder engagement and forming CWT. GAP analysis. (Understand current and future spending) Awareness Trainings/Workshop on proposed framework. 

Conclusion- $ 0.73 Mn were saved from annual IT cloud budget which was 13% of total. 


Meeting decision maker at institutes such as Manufacturing Plant, Commercial societies, Schools and colleges for product promotion.
