TradeLink - Mutual Funds and Alternative Funds

• Domain Driven approach has been used under this project for parallel development of various modules.
• Have been leading Fund ,Order and Solicitation module for all 3 regions: APAC,EMEA and NAM.
• Playing a role of a backend developer as well as managerial role for monthly release scope starting from requirement gathering till Production release.
• For all the non PII data related to funds Mongo Database has been used.
• For all PII data related to client information , Oracle DB is chosen.
• These modules have been divided at the micro services level too and are deployed on Openshift.
• Splunk is integrated for log management and App Dynamics for micro services monitoring.
• Performed Unit testing via JUnits.
• Performed manual Unit Integration Testing of the scopes targeted for a particular release.
• Closely coordinating with testing team as well as the ETL.

Global Alternative Management Systems (GAMS)

• GAMS is the product processor, front office facing application for maintaining Alternative fund details from fund houses.
• Have contributed a Java developer for creating couple of REST APIs, for which the consumers are with in Investment banking.
• Had also created User required reports for determining the performance of a fund using complex SQLs.
• JUnits with the coverage of 80% and above always, to catch the bugs while at development phase itself.
• Performed various rounds of Unit integration testing on lower environments with a vision of shift left concept.
• Team City and uDeploy as CICD tools for deploying the application on Web Application server.

SUSE to RED Hat Server Migration (Infrastructure Upgrade/EOL)

• Project’s objective was to upgrade ageing infrastructure that were coming to an end of their support deadlines.
• Code optimization and Streamlining of batch structure.
• Externalization of the environment variables to avoid environment dependency allowing configurations to be version controlled.
• While Server Migration also contributed for cleaning up the servers with unused shell scripts and multi version jars present.
• Creation of Jenkins Pipelines for continuous integration and deployments till production environment.

Greenfield FATCA –External Generalized Compliance (EGC)

• Private Bank Customers who own a domestic DDA or TDA product on HBUS platforms require the customer to be setup and maintained on EGC for tax reporting and withholding purposes. Private Bank intends to automate the customer FATCA data on EGC by establishing a direct interface between GCRM and EGC.
• Private Bank maintains the FATCA details on GCRM Individual and Business Profile and will leverage the Business Service (RecordFATCA) to send the FATCA information to EGC. The automation of the FATCA data feed with EGC also eliminates the need for back office operations staff from manually double key the FATCA information on EGC using the HBUS SFE Tax Screens.
• Played a key Role by being a single developer for this project .Created Real time REST web services which were plugged to PBUS’s Customer Onboarding application (GCRM)
• Also enhanced the system for sending risk related fields to EGC via RecordFATCA (SOAP service to be consumed).
• Creation of Jenkins Pipeline to build the source code on GitHub, upload the artifacts to Nexus for versioning and automated deployments till Staging Environments.

Green Field – Legacy Platform Release D2.2 +Address Standardization

• Greenfield Release D in particular offered straight through processing of customer onboarding and customer maintenance from Global CRM with HBUS MDM.
• GPB will no longer require to manually double key or maintain the customer information on HBUS CIF. Global CRM will be the “Golden Source” books and records for all Private Bank Customer /KYC information.
• Played key Developer role for this project which was about standardization of address -Domestic Private Bank Customers (DPB) and International Private Bank (IPB) from old format to new standard format.
• Also I was responsible for Technical analysis of the outgoing feeds via GCRM to MDM.

Case Management Tool –US,UK and SWISS

• A Web based Application in which various front office users perform remediation by completing reviews using checklists and workflows.
• Development and implementation of the Checklist Maintenance module.
• When the user uploads the Accounts/Contracts which needs to be remediated, it goes through various set of Questions (Checklist) that needs to be answered.
• Once questions are answered with validations it can be submitted for further review and approval as per the workflow requirement
• Also implemented Workflow Maintenance where,once questions are answered during checklist phase, it can be submitted for further review and approval as per the workflow provided.
