The Clinical Genomics Workspace (CGW) is a tool designed to help doctors and lab specialists in cancer and genetic diseases. It simplifies the complex process of using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology by managing data analysis, checking data quality, interpreting genetic variants, and creating reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance React applications with focus on responsive user experience and efficient rendering.
• Proficient in writing unit test cases using tools like Jest, Chai, and Mocha.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and work with cross-functional teams in agile environment.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Maintain detailed documentation, and provide regular status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

World Bank: A responsive intranet portal using ReactJS and Redux, consuming backend SharePoint APIs. Leveraging ReactJS for dynamic user interfaces and Redux for state management, the solution ensured seamless data integration and a high-performance user experience. Technologies used included ReactJS, Redux, and SharePoint APIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enhance pre-designed user interfaces and develop new features based on business requirements.
• Utilize state management tools such as Redux (Redux toolkit), Context API, or other relevant libraries to handle complex application states effectively.
• Replicate UI and functionality from Figma wireframes using the latest web technologies.
• Collaborate with the QA team to resolve bugs while following Agile methodologies.
• Communicate with product owners to enhance user experience and support.
• Track progress and manage tickets using JIRA and Agile methodologies.

HITACHI: Developed and maintained front-end applications for various small projects using ReactJS class components, JavaScript, and SharePoint APIs.

TechData: Designed user experiences (UX) and developed front-end interfaces using HTML5, ReactJS, and CSS3. Enhanced and maintained ExpressJS backend APIs to support front-end development, ensuring robust data handling and seamless integration.
